This is the best pic available. I was angry that they never showed more of the car.

Beautiful late twenties/early thirties town car. Not a Cadillac. Possibly a Lincoln or Packard with custom body.

Hood design seems Packard

Antp: probably should be deleted - not enough car in the picture to identify.

As long as it is not background, I prefer to keep it, even if very hard to identify.

absolutely keep it! I'm sure someone will identify it. Lot of details are clearly seen.

I would say mid to late thirties Packard. Looking at the hood contours

I am looking at a photo of a 40 Packard Rollson town car, the door handles match and so does the windshield to hood meeting

I just watched the movie and the car appears in total in a later scene and it is a 37 V12 Packard Town car.

This car is a 1937 Packard Twelve LeBaron Cabriolet. The Town Car was on the 144" wheelbase. The Cabriolet (which had the blind rear quarters) was on the 139" wheelbase.
