It's perfectly identifiable, presents a clear and present challenge as a prewar design in a 1967 film, and yes, it is indeed a 1953+ Citroen Traction. But please do go on about how derelict vehicles as these are "pointless" as opposed to the dirt moving and warehouse equipment you place above automotive heritage. You've never even as so much tried to identify a car like this so maybe you shouldn't talk about things you don't know about.
