Having lightened the picture, I think it's a Ford BB: |

Looks like it, but BB that I have found (1932/35) have double wheels in rear axle |

Probably dual rear wheels were optional depending on the intended load. The truck is over 20 years old and possibly has seen changes. Probably French-built? -- Last edit: 2009-01-24 02:32:43 |

And what's about this 1931 Ford AA 1'5 Ton?. Really looks like it http://www.autogallery.org.ru/k/fa/31forAAdumptrucklate1931steelcabtop_Bay.jpg |

It could be, true. After I lightened it I thought it had the more rounded radiator shell of the BB; but it's tricky because the cabs are very similar. By the law of averages I suggest it's more likely to be the more recent model. As for the country of origin, AFAIK (and Wikipedia) Ford France SA didn't manufacture either truck. Does anyone know whether they were built at Barcelona? |
