These xxx FLK were pre-production, (London, Feb 63 to Jan 64, "allocated in blocks") many being used for prototype testing pre-launch (as this clip without grille badge) and then going for press or photo use - I've seen a comment that the use of a London series instead of Solihull was a ploy to avoid pre-launch cars being recognised as Rovers. 149 was chassis number 76 and the Autocar road test car in Oct 63).

149 still survives - https://www.flickr.com/photos/16684904@N02/9692454603/ , https://farm1.static.flickr.com/814/27488456828_6d76420128_b.jpg

White 114 FLK was used for photography - launch photos, first brochure etc.

Red 115 FLK seems to have gone on a long European test (pre-launch as no front badge) driven by a man in a white lab coat - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYDD3nzezOY&feature=related , https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q7IzeYDhh8o&NR=1 - and then became a brochure car.
