The vehicle was supplied by a fellow member from the town of Chalkida and was used for a few days during filming in the area of mount Pelion. Meryl Strip asked for a power assisted steering system to be fitted to the car in order to drive it. Series vehicles were not fitted with power assisted steering. The vehicle had also a colour change to the lighter shade of green shown on the film and also had the windscreen removed. The vehicle is still used by its proud owner as a weekends drive around car.
