68-69 UK G plate underneath. Yellow border means "Home Delivery Export Scheme" - issued to allow short-term use from new in UK on the basis that it'll be exported soon after - similar to French red plates, German zwoll plates etc. Came with tax advantages for buyer. LHD wipers so US spec very probable here. |
