There were 4 Tojeiro Jaguars built for Ecurie Ecosse 1956-59. The first 2 were crashed and written off by the film date leaving the 3rd (7 GNO) and 4th (RSF 301) as candidates here (derived from http://www.jagweb.com/jaguarmodelclub/different/tojero/tojero.htm ). |

Confirmed as the 3rd Tojeiro Jaguar (#TAD-3-58), built in 1958 and normally registered 7 GNO http://www.ecurieecosse.com/memories_details.asp?memoryID=5 . As well as the Maserati disguise, the supposed Mille Miliga setting is North Wales on a - rare - sunny day. |
