Bears the logo of, and parked outside of Mad Dog Inc./Mad Dog Video, a video production company at 5510 Satsuma Avenue, North Hollywood, California: https://maddogvideo.com/ This whole industrial area seems to be specialized businesses associated with film and television production (there's a business that does nothing but aircraft mockups, for example).
