I see a few are listed that way, but the 3rd gen should be XA30 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_RAV4 These specific Toyota codes become useless, originally that field was intended to be used as code for identifying the generation (like BMW/Mercedes), to easily list only a generation of vehicles when the model name is span across many years.
