Actually, as it has rear 1/4 windows its a Series 2A (1962-1966), and as it has side windows in the hard top its an export model. Side windows were not available in the UK (except to special order) as the Land Rover would then be viewed as a car instead of a commercial vehicle by the authorities and be subject to 30% purchase tax! |
