No. That is a 1999-2002 City-Coupe. Most notably the rear engine cover. That is the 1999-early 2002 style. The Fortwo name did not start until February of 2004. So there are still face lifted City-Coupe until February when smart officially changed the name. Smoked tail lamps can be found on earlier models.
