Looks like a Tudor Sedan. It also looks like it has a fuel filler door, not a cap. The side trim could be Custom. I cannot see external chromed hinges for the bootlid. 1951 Custom Tudor Sedan?

Ford Tudor sedan (1949)

('50 and '51 model's fuel 'lid' sets upper than tail-light)
