Front round indicators probably suggest 1970+, however they could be aftermarket as they are positioned further down than the normal. Plus it's got older tail lights.

 P.O. (Pays Outre-Mer) version by the simple bumper, intended for Francophone Africa and the overseas territories, but also Canada and the US. Not sure when they discontinued it, the latest record is from 1969.
