The poor quality of the image tell us it's a Superior Pontiac based ambulance, from C&C of Honolulu, but without seeing the front or the rear window design it's literally impossible to know if it's a 1967 or a 1968. The tiny detail that tell us it's a 1967 are the 2 Cp100 speakers between the 2 beacons. They were placed on the main front roof on their 1968 fleet.
