 not sure why 1991+ , my mom's boyfriend had one equipped the exact same way ( minus the color, his was white with a lower gold part ) and was a 1990

ok, 1990 was the last year for the secondary color on bottom Link to "oldcarbrochures.org" but the combination seen on the main here was also offered before 1991
