Prewar (chambered hood, no stoneguard) with postwar wheels and I think emblem as well. My guess would be 11 CV. It looks too big for a 7, and definitely not a 15, which had a horn grille and louvered hood (which all models would get from 1946 onwards) Rare to see a prewar Traction used in a wartime setting. 95% of the time they use postwar models. |

the badge of grille is that of the Traction 15/6 from June 1950: 2 chromed wings here left on right which indicates this time. Here's what this website tells us : https://jeromecollignon.blog4ever.com/la-156-1939-insigne-de-calandre "15/6 1947-May 1950 grille badge With the adoption of the right hand turning engine (15D engine), the new crank plug requires an oblong hole in the grille that must be hidden. The oval logo described above now surmounts a pattern of crossed wings: right wing on left wing. Its reference in the nomenclature is 331 091. (picture) From June 1950 and the adoption of the rectilinear bumper with large blade, the pattern is reversed: left wing on right. This referenced pattern no longer has continuous recesses but a screw and nut fastening with modified stamp (discontinuous recess)." but indeed it may be the basis of an 11 (this car seems to me modified) To check... ![]() -- Last edit: 2022-11-22 17:36:37 |

I forgot to mention another thing - it is decidedly a prewar model as there is no chrome trim on the doors. |

As I said before, these wheels are postwar. They came in 1948: https://www.classiccarcatalogue.com/originals/C/citroen%201950%2011-3.jpg |
