I couldn't find any info on extenal differences between Romeo and Romeo 2's° (as per the following link info as well) so I'd call this a Romeo. Autotutto (all purpose) seems to be included in the official AR literature. 'T10' was the internal model code (like 105 115 etc for the cars). https://www.alfastop.co.uk/romeo.htm "...The Romeo Autotutto was updated to become the Romeo 2 sometime in 1957/58, yet despite delving into owner and shop manuals, parts books etc, no evidence of any significant changes can be found!
