Gamer ◊ 2021-10-02 20:18	Always had the feeling they were uncommon in the US (for a time I was unsure if they were even sold at all) since I never recall seeing a US version. In Europe it was much more popular.
Baube ◊ 2021-10-02 20:29	i can't speak for US but around here , they were popular when it came out, more than the Liberty .. then , once the " New Thing " effect flated out, sales did the same ( not helped by various reliability issues ) . Liberty somehow did a little bit better, maybe because it wore the Jeep name but that whole gen was not really a success.. Nitro falls now in the " that thing still exist ? totally forgot about them " section of automobile history..
