Maybe Mk3, fairly new for film date. Very little info found about ZA Spitfire builds. Mk1 seems definite - "Motor Assemblies at Durban was responsible for the Spitfire in South Africa, and the Mk1 was produced from 1963 to the end of 1965." from here (halfway down), and it looks from this forum thread that it was still underway for Mk3. |
