I had vague thought of Austin as well, but no idea which. As this is deepest rural Wales, it could have been created as a pick-up for moving milk churns?? |

Deepest rural anywhere, really. Cardiganshire is a place of beauty and tranquility, except for Cardigan on a Saturday night! I have spent many holidays in this district, watching the raindrops. It looks more Austin than Morris, but any identification must be no more than a speculation. The most frequently encountered transport in the 60s/70s was the A35 van, then the Ford Escort van, and probably now the VW Caddy. -- Last edit: 2021-04-04 19:58:43 |
