Faked Red Cross-car. The German Red Cross-cars have a more "creamy" white, closer to the Taxi-colur "ivory". They have usually only basic versions and license-plate-combinations with ..-RK ..., mostly plates with green letters for the tax-free-status. -- Last edit: 2008-01-12 18:27:58 |

They switched to white cars a while ago. Especially the social services branches use only white cars, while some ambulances are still in ivory, due to their age. New ambulances are in white or in neon yellow. http://www.hannover-region.drk.de/rettungsdienst/fahrzeuge.htm Link to "rzvgrimma.com" http://www.drk-rettungsdienst-freiburg.de/typo3temp/pics/4152bafa34.jpg http://www.drkwurzen.de/1040,,,2.html Numberplates often have -RK letter combination, but not necessarily: http://www.drk-lippe.de/IMG_0203.JPG http://www.drk-lippe.de/rd/Fahrzeuge/2314hinten1voll.jpg Public service number. http://home.arcor.de/possner/brocken005.html -BW for Bergwacht = mountain rescue This car belongs to the Red Cross group where this film was made, not too far from where I live. Oh, thanks for the infomations. In my area I've only seen Red Cross-cars with the "RK" in the plate-combiation. Hmm, you are living close to the Harz? Interesting area - for my second hobby. It would be very great for me, if you could me a favour. Could you please check, if somewhere, in garages or on junkyards, some CLZ, BRL, DUD and GAN are left? They belong to the rarest combinations. |

1998-99 CHMSL. December 1996 brochure for the Joker doesn't mention the third brakelight yet, May 1997 already does. |
