 It's been seven years since my motorhome phase...I think this is one of the larger European models, on an American the snout would be larger. Mercedes T2 parts up front?

 Hm... the driver is supposed to sit down above or even before the front axle, hence the massive frontal overhang. That looks more like MAN-VW or Iveco to me, or maybe the Hanomag-Henschel/ MB F30+.
