They only built 2 variants of the P3. 60 1274 75 7837 A small quantity of these were drophead coupés, but assuming that I am correct with the P3, then 75 on numbers built. 1948-49. The difficulty is that the pre war P2 designs looked very similar. |

I don't think the postwar version was sold outside of the UK and its sub-territories except in Scandinavia. |

This film was made in 2016. Anything could have happened. |

It's the Netherlands... they had all sorts of things post-war. It's easy to get carried away when talking about post-war Europe in a pan-European sense, thinking only about France, Germany and Italy, where domestic cars played a major part. The smaller markets, such as the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Greece, Portugal and Spain, had a rather large quantity of UK products at the time. |

But, my point is: - what has a car in a 2016 film got to do with what happened in the Netherlands in 1943? If the film is reviewing the contents of her diary, then a P3 would be an anachronism, but who, apart from the likes of us, would notice? |

Yeah, for all we know this could have been imported from somewhere else in the intervening seventy-odd years. Same thing with people insisting on everything getting a "Made for" tag without actual evidence. |
