I was wondering what is the actual difference between 145-FON and 120-FON (if not, possibly, other variants)

There is a text here that says:
Quote After the introduction of the first round hooded Gräf & Stift 120-FON in 1954, the improved version 145-FON followed in 1957, which also received a new body with a panoramic window.

..So it would mean that 145-FON should have panoramic windows then?

On some random Gräf & Stift website, they have a 120-FON which looks very similar to this one.

Either way, if this 145-FON then shouldn't it be 1957+?
