The tag was originally designed to be for cars that were exported to other countries with certain engines, specifications, bumpers, lights, and other things added (rear mandated fog lamp, side repeaters, ect)for that specific market Citation (only if name is different from original one, or if there are visible changes other than LHD/RHD) . Here is a prime example of a vehicle that deserved a 'Made For' tag: /vehicle.php?id=256297 - it has a repeater for that market. The above example (if it is [CDW27] did not change between CDN & USA). They were exactly the same specifications/trim levels/motors. Canada does not require any exterior differences between USA except for DRLs but a discussion a while back deemed that was not a requirement for the 'Made for' tag just as RHD/LHD does not qualify.
