dsl ◊ 2020-05-02 01:55	It's a high-spec Cooper with 96+ Sportspack wide wheels in unusual colour; what's also interesting is what it doesn't have - sunroof, coachlines, tints - which make it impossible to match to a special edition (or at least any of those in my Bumper Book Of Strange Mini Versions) - wrong colour and wheels for high-spec German editions such as 1995 Silverbullet, 1996 Blue Star or 1997 Brooklands. So unless there were other made-for-D late editions not listed in my book - which is possible - it's a "normal" production. Smoked side indicators, white dials, possibly a Cooper rosette on rear wing mean it might be a 2000 run-out Classic Cooper Sport (which uniquely offered Anthracite as a colour option) although in UK had metal-finish dash rather than wood. However the final year or two had huge options list to mix'n'match trim permutations, so something discreet like this combination would have been easy to do. So 2000 Mini Classic Cooper Sport my best guess.
