I think it's Crespi of some sort. Tulia or Tulietta GT.. By rectangular pop-up headlights, perhaps Tulia more likely : https://www.testdelayer.com.ar/industria/crespi-tulia-gt.htm Puzzled by the amount of plastic on the bumpers. Perhaps some late model?
