You are quite correct about the mis-spelling of the Wedworth-Townsend Act as the Universal described. No wonder that I couldn't find this at the Wikipedia. I should know - I have talked to people that made and filmed the movie (I have seen the script) and the rest of the series.. This is not the place however to debate the issue.
