If it's of any help, this is a sightseeing 'Svitoch' train (Svitoch is the chocolate company) in Lviv, Ukraine. Link to "www.dreamstime.com" Link to "www.gettyimages.be" These type of trains are notably used by Lviv-based Chudo Tour company, which they call it the 'Wonder Train' (but I don't know if they make them).
