 While the cabin looks very similar to ZiS 5 / 6 , this is actually GAZ AAA.

Notice the distinctive Ford-derived transverse leaf springs on Gaz AAA (AA)

Whereas on ZiS 6 (5) they are semielliptical longitudinal leaf springs

Not to mention other cosmetic details like the headlights bar, bumper, specific wheels etc
