Small stout chassis - teens Hupmobile? Not sure if they ever made closed versions of these little things. |

^yes, from 1911, Hupmobile did offer a coupe. It seems for the first year they used headlights in the conventional position: Link to "i.pinimg.com" Link to "upload.wikimedia.org" then raised them to the distinctive style for 1912: https://thfemu.s3.amazonaws.com/CollectionImages/_social/photos/thf86262.jpg It looks like for 1913 they redesigned it to be a more conventional coupe rather than a centerdoor sedan: https://www.flickr.com/photos/autohistorian/5713960921 ..which remained unchanged for 1914: Link to "auta5p.eu" For 1915 the Hupps lost the distinctive headlights and reverted back to the conventional style: https://www.flickr.com/photos/autohistorian/46540982514 |
