I presume at that date, and with that styling, it is a 13/60. Carjam says 1971 model but registered new in November 1972.

All UK Herald production ended by Sept 1971, with NZ assembly stopping in Dec 71 so probably a showroom orphan.

There were significant numbers of near new cars brought to NZ by British immigrants from the 1950s thru 1970s. It is possible this is one of these. Don't believe everything you read on carjam.
