I am fairly certain that it is a Morrison, possibly a D1 (mid 1950s), or earlier.

XPA615 in 'Call the Midwife'

XPA615 is a Milk Float with a 1935-40 Morris or Ford chassis with a side-valve petrol engine, it therefore appears to have been custom-built at some point in the past.

Currently on sale, untaxed, on eBay

XPA 615 belongs to a black 1955 Vauxhall Velox which is still around according to plate checks. Can't find out if the plate has always been attached to the Velox (so never belonged to the float except onscreen) or has floated(!) around. But it was a genuine Surrey issue, April-June 1955.
