looks like 1965-1967 Ford Custom police 4-door.
I think it might have been a 1967 Ford Custom 4-door Sedan Police Interceptor—it has the same sirens, though it doesn't seem to have the extra headlights on the front; still, it is definitely a Ford police car from the 1965–1967 model years. Here is a picture of the 1967 Ford Custom 4-door Sedan Police Interceptor:

Isn't that a 1966 Ford Galaxie 500? It looks very similar—it has those extra front headlights and the same overall appearance—so it’s likely a 1966 model. The sirens don't match, but that’s not a crucial detail; cars from the 60s and 80s often had different types of sirens—round or square—so that doesn't rule out the possibility of it being a 1966 Ford Galaxie. I don't think the 1965 model had those extra headlights, though I'm not entirely sure. Still, I'm 74% certain that it's a 1966 Ford Galaxie.

Has anyone managed to figure out what kind of police car that is? It definitely looks like a 1965–1967 Ford police car.
