From the looks about them they're using the 1988 to 1993 Honolulu Police Department paint decals except without the large department badge on both front side doors of the Taurus. Fake prop cars pretending to be Kauai Police Department vehicles. From the looks about them they're using the 1988 to 1993 Honolulu Police Department paint decals except without the large department badge on both front side doors of the Taurus. Similar to these three images of real Honolulu Police cars used with the 86-93 decals.
