I don't see the "flying A" on top of the grille, so wouldn't this be the VandenPlas Princess? And I think that the 1600 cc engine won't be the original one...

For the limousine, and therefore for the hearse, too, the name changed from Austin A135 Princess IV (1956-57) to Princess IV (1957-60) to Vanden Plas Princess 4-litre Limousine (1960-68).

Princess was a newly created brand name which was used 1957-60 and reappeared in 1975 for 'The Wedge'.

I knew it didn't have the 'Flying A', and would have put it as VDP, but I went and believed mycarcheck.com reference. 1600cc? Quick car! It should be 3995cc

Yes still alive and a rare 4 door conversion by Charlesworth..recentlyish appeared in a Midsummer Murders episode where the driver got it on with the local bike..under the deck ;)
