This is the 1994-1996 Impala SS which is really a performance version of the Caprice. But you are correct although the vehicle in the pic above is a Caprice.

It's a '91-'92 because of the chrome stripe on the taillights.

Most possibly from the offical import. They were imported by the company "POLEX" and in July 1992 costed 23.900 USD.

Not sure if this is a Polish locale, but it should be Made for Poland or Made for EU with those rear indicators. Those were factory GM parts made for export models, despite few of them ever being exported.
