Looks to be custom-built. This looks to be a 1955 Hawk coupe with the roof removed and the fibreglass fins from a 1957 model added. The factory did not do a convertible in this era. If this is France - maybe it was done by Chapron??? |

Tried searching Studebaker cabriolet. Seems Ghia-Aigle did one in 1954 - http://www.oldtimer.400.pl/ghia-aigle.html - maybe a red herring.
