1938, and perhaps "Proto/Concept" is a better category. |

Last model of passenger car built by Gräf & Stift before the Second World War. After the Second World War, the company moved from making passenger cars and continued to make trucks and buses, making the first trolleybuses in 1948. In 1971, the company merged with car and truck manufacturing company, Österreichische Automobil-Fabrik-AG (Austrian Automobile Factory or ÖAF) to form the company, ÖAF-Gräf & Stift AG before being taken over by the heavy vehicle and engineering company, MAN later that year. The company dropped the Gräf & Stift name in 2001 and was renamed MAN Sonderfahrzeuge AG before acquiring the German auto company, Neoplan and being renamed MAN Nutzfahrzeuge Österreich AG in 2004. -- Last edit: 2025-12-02 13:41:33 |
