dsl ◊ 2017-01-19 18:42	Initial Aus MGAs were imports, until Pressed Metal Corporation in Sydney assembled roadsters from Oct 57 until 1962 - "... only the push-rod roadsters were assembled locally in 1500, 1600 and 1600 MkII forms. Twin-cam MGAs and all MGA coupes, regardless of engine type, were imported CBU (Completely Built Up)." - http://bmcexperience.com.au/bmce-issue8/mga-in-australia.html . This one has July 59+ rear lights - /vehicle_996117-Ford-Falcon-XK-1961.html so 1600, although seems Aus hung onto the earlier small front sidelights.
