Zephyr Mk4 Deluxe - unlikely as a police car to be Z4, so Z6. Not sure that ABH xxx came with H, but if it did, 69-70 looks right. Update - seems ABH came only with F (Nov-Dec 67) and K (Aug 71) in Mk4 Zephyr years - neither now showing on check sites, so plate is fake.
