The rest of the car did not match with that. It is a Fourth Series Custom Eight Model 443 Runabout. (The Custom Eight had sidemounts and the Standard Eight on the same wheelbase had a rear mounted spare.) -- Last edit: 2022-02-04 22:00:58

I think it's a 1928 540 eight cylinder roadster that's been updated with 1931 headlights and note that it has both cowl lights and fender-mounted lights - Packard did away with cowl lights in 1929 and moved them to the fenders in 1930. Definitely a beautiful car.
