Commander 57 ◊ 2016-01-25 04:33	Well, normally we used first year of a possible range, which in this case would be 1989. I believe the '90's are differentiated by nature of their shoulder harness mounting arrangement but I can't make it out on my monitor. If no one else can, I would be inclined to change to 1989.
