Since the late 1930s cars were 85 LG6 and 189 V12, built on the same general chassis type using bodywork designs by the same person, Frank Feeley, it is very difficult to tell one from another.

Note the teardrop-shaped bulge on the bonnet side panel in the 2nd thumbnail. It seems to be a feature unique to the V12; the bigger engine apparently needed some extra space...
