Unfortunately, it is very difficult to tell if it's a Dodge or Plymouth...

Pretty sure these kind of side-stripings were unique for the Scamp.

Sadly this isn't a Scamp GT and instead a Rampage. The Scamp GT was made for one year in 1983 and there's nothing in the above picture that identifies it as one.

If you look at this picture of a Rampage you can see the exact same front end with those angles. The side striping actually gives it away as a Rampage. The Scamp GT didn't have the bulging side striping and Google images can show you that.

Of all the images you could possibly pick from Google images, you pick one in a small resolution and of one that's obviously not in original condition. All other images there, however, show that the Scamp GT is the one with these specific stripes whereas I can't locate a single Rampage with said stripes.

What makes you say those are stripes along the side? Why not a plastic piece that extends to the front end? Please excuse what I said about side stripes in my last comment.

If you look here the stripes are lower on a Scamp GT not so high as pictured above. That's because it's most likely a plastic bodykit you are seeing. Also the stripes on a Scamp GT don't match up perfectly with the stripe on the front fenders as seen here also. While the picture above the plastic piece which you think are stripes match the front end perfectly.

Same front end again, on Rampages:

Better example, no reason this couldn't be the vehicle in the main shot:

I just want finding a Scamp GT to be real because it would be extremely difficult to find one in a movie/show/music video. Someone would have to be very lucky.

I have yet to locate a Scamp GT with that type of front bumper, so it's probably rather a Rampage after all.

This one looks like it has the Shelby Charger rocker panels and front spoiler. According to Allpar, there was a limited run of Rampages made with the Shelby package, could this be one?
