That would be too vague. A few details are drawn well here. The vent window is wrong, but indicator on fender, the bumper without U.S or Australian towel rail and these wheels could mean a 1966-67 German made except I've seen Japanese 1969 brochure with still this design (again not these vent Windows) and a 1200 engine.
