***, jumps through three skycrapers, in fact. |

Plays a similar role as the Ford GT40 from Fast 5, except for one fact: this one is seen, and driven, a lot more than the GT and also gets destroyed. No spoilers here. A car falling to the ground from the hundredth or so floor of a skyscraper has 0% chance of surviving. |

When jump into the second skyscraper, the scenes reminds me of Jason's Audi jumping between buildings in Transporter 2. (Sometimes I think Jason in FF7 is looked at himself jumping car in T2 instead of looked at Dom jumping car in FF7.) -- Last edit: 2015-04-05 08:34:30 |

Obviously it's a replica I mean why would you destroy an actual £2million pound car? |

Shouldn't be "Origin: UAE", instead of Lebanon? (If I'm not wrong) this car was announced in conjunction with moving to Dubai. |

Headquarters moved to Dubai, produced in UAE, but the company is Lebanese, not sure what we should consider. It is usually said that it is Lebanese though. I'm not sure it is really a "replica" in the usual way. I think the company provided cars for the stunts, but probably not with the same level of detail and luxury. -- Last edit: 2015-06-18 23:49:04 |

I read about this vehicle, the Lykan HyperSport is the third most expensive car in the world and the first car to have headlights embedded with jewels, these contain titanium LED blades with 420 15 carat diamonds. The buyers can have a choice of having diamonds, rubies, sapphires or yellow diamonds embedded into headlights depending on the buyer's choice of vehicle colour. The vehicle has gold stitching embedded into the seats with a holographic display in the centre console and motion interactive features. That and I saw the model from the movie from Games World in Joondalup for $50. -- Last edit: 2017-08-05 11:00:51 |

this car is a kind of CGI, because it is not real |
◊ 2020-05-13 22:46 |
The production team used ten purpose-built replicas for filming. Of those ten, only one survived. Yes, they were real, just not official versions of the car. The scenes where it jumped out of the skyscrapers were either heavily altered with expensive visual effects or completely fabricated through Computer Generated images. I think it's annoying when people just dismiss expensive and difficult visual effects and label it at CGI. grow a fucking brain and do your research. |

Thank goodness what was destroyed was only a replica. |

10 replicas were made for the film, only 1 survived the end of production and was given back to W Motors after filming and is displayed in their showroom -- Last edit: 2024-11-05 21:50:37 |
