Hmm, I think it might actually be a Packard Six. The swages on the front fenders are very American of the mid 1920s.

Very difficult to say which one it is. Right now it looks more Opel-ish to me.

Opel it is, in mid-1927 the German manufacurer got the Packard lookalike radiator. But this Berliner Taxi looks older than the similar bodied 1929 Droschken-Landaulet by Kühn on a 8/40 PS chassis in Oswald's Deutsche Autos 1920-40
