@walter: I think I found it. Kiev location, aftermarket chromed roofrails, and most tellingly of all, the wheels: http://img02.avto-nomer.ru/004/o/ua164331.jpg And in 2018: http://platesmania.com/ua/foto11792437 Unfortunately, not a lot more visible.
