I'm leaning towards a Bedford, if not a Leyland. |

Bedford TK. Did local build follow UK updates and dating? |

I wonder if GM Holden distributed the TK for Australia? They did for the TJ. -- Last edit: 2014-03-27 18:08:38 |

This has early 58+ lollipop indicators, body colour grille, and front logo, but smells a fair bit newer with bigger more recent mirrors - compare eg /vehicle_187534-Bedford-TK-1958.html . So I guess local assembly, which maybe did not follow UK updating sequence as closely?? |

After 1968 when whiskers detail were removed from the front panel adjacent to the Bedford badge, a year later the combined outboard lights/turn-signals were added. Larger mirrors were available on the KM introduced in 1967 so I guess possible on the TK itself. |
